Health and Safety Policy

An organisation will function more efficiently if its health and safety aims, objectives and means for achieving them are known throughout the organisation. As well as being a statutory requirement for organisations employing five or more people, a written policy is more than a statement of aims; it has a fundamental role in the daily operation of the organisation.

JGA will help you to draft a compliant and clearly understandable Health & Safety policy document setting out your overall policy, establishing roles and responsibilities and the arrangements that need to be undertaken for its successful implementation.

We will manage the communication of the policy to both your senior management and work force and ensure that everyone buys in to the policy.

Finally we will undertake regular reviews of the policy with you, revising it where necessary to ensure it remains a ‘living’ document current and compliant with changing technology and legislation.
